Services

Alpha Eta, Chicago, Illinois: Signature projects include:

• Adopt a church program which provides health ministry services to a church serving a community where health disparity is prevalent. Services include basic health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, HIV, and referral to local health care provider that serves the under insured. Health and wellness classes including breast self exams, heart disease and kidney disease.    

Nu Phi, Waukegan, Illinois: Signature projects include:

• Partnering annually with the Waukegan Township Office to aid in raising funds for projects and services to benefit the senior citizens in the Township, and providing clinical services for the Lake County Health Department at their Kids First Fair by assisting with physical and dental exams and administering immunizations.

Zeta Eta Fort, Wayne, Indiana: Signature events are:

• Providing annual physicals for the Metropolitan Midget Football League, partnering with the African American Healthcare Alliance Scholarship Ball and conducting cardiovascular screenings  for Health is the Key to My Heart program.
