Diana Brown-Brumfield RN, MSN, CNS is the current director of the Middlewest Region. Diana is the Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Department of Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. In this position she works collaboratively with the OR healthcare team members toward the best outcomes for the surgical patient. Diana serves as a leader in the appropriate use of research in evidence based practice innovations that improve patient outcomes in the OR. She develops, plans, guides and directs programs for the department of Surgery and provides direction to nursing personnel and others in these programs.
Diana received her bachelor & masters of nursing degree, and post-masters certificate as a family nurse practitioner from Ursuline College. She is an active member of AORN
(Cleveland Chapter), Chi Eta Phi Sorority Inc., and Sigma Theta Tau International.
